I.C.I.C.I Bank done unfair trade practice with his consumer

Shri Deepak.Mistry, Res of Manjalpur, Vadodara, filled a comlain aganist I.C.I.C.I Bank for done of unfair trade practice with him. as per his comlain in 2007, he asked a homeloan Rs. 6,000,000(six lacs) from bank, produce all the necessary pappers...after 2/3 days bank pass his loan & given him Demo Chq of builders name, after that the bankmanger asked him some money for pass the loan, consumer Deepak Mistry refused his demands...on the other side bank recived 2 Chqs for processing fee & advance intrest of first month..the bank incash both the chqs, & recived the amount of Rs. 4513/-from his bank account..after lots of coresspondance..bank maneger refused to give him the loan amount..the compianer ask his money of Rs.4513/- back...but bank refused for that also, so the complain came to our organisation, we filled that complain in Vadodara consumer court, at last court given the order that banl has done unfair trade practice with complainer..so bank hasto pay that amount with 9% intrest from 2007 till the date of payment, also order to pay Rs.2000/- for mental agony, & Rs.1000/- for legal expances within 60days of this order.
